LEADERSHIP
Shield of Men Foundation is guided by a Chief Elder and a Council of Elders. The Council includes adult male, adult female, youth male, and youth female representation to maintain balance, wisdom, and intergenerational leadership. The Chief Elder serves as the primary spiritual and organizational leader while major decisions remain guided by the Council of Elders through consensus.
OUR MISSION
Shield of Men exists to restore cultural and spiritual core values amongst the community through sacred traditions, ancestral wisdom, and intergenerational healing practices. We are committed to promoting holistic well-being by providing mentorship, mental health assistance, crisis prevention, technical education, and self-sustainability programs rooted in cultural identity, spiritual strength, and community care.
